This cake
is one of the most delicious cakes ever invented, and is
served in just about every Nicaraguan, or Cuban
restaurant in Miami. The cuatro

cake with
the addition of dulce de leche (caramelized milk).
The process of making the caramelized milk (the fourth
milk) involves
a slow
cooking down of sweetened liquid until it achieves a
very thick consistency. Preparation Time: 30
