1. Place
12 mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice in a
glass. 2. Gently smash the mint into the
lime juice, and sugar with a pestle (a heavy stick
used for grinding), or you
can also use the back of a fork,
or a spoon. 3. Add rum. Top off with
club soda, stir well, and garnish with
sprigs of mint, or a lime
wheel.
